National shipping
The shipping material used is always made with as environmental and sustainable material as possible. If your item/items are delivered in a box that might look used, it’s because it is. We take pride in reusing as much packaging material as we can to show kindness and respect to our mother Earth while ensuring that your shipment are well protected.
We use PostNord “Skicka Direkt” as our service provider to enable traceable shipping, for your safety. Shipping is based on weight and it’s calculated at check out. If the weight exceed 2 kilos, you need to have a custom order made to enable delivery. The whole team behind Northern Heart are sorry for the inconvenience but hope for some love and understanding in regards to the International shipping options. International shipping

Estimated delivery time for international order differs a lot depending on which country: processing and packaging 2-3 working days, traceable shipping in average is 4-6 working days but can be both shorter and longer.
Shipping prints
All prints are shipped in tubes, made out of recycled materials, to ensure the quality of your print. Our shipping material is always made as environmental and sustainable as possible. If your items are delivered in a tube that might looked used, it’s because it is. Returns
You have the right to return any products within 14 day of delivery. Before returning, or if you wish to switch to another product, please contact hello@northernheart.se for further instructions and assistance in your return. The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of any purchase items.
It is appropriate that the customer controls the delivery immediately upon arrival to verify that it’s accurate and error free. If there is any complaint regarding the delivery the customer is responsible to immediately contact Northern Heart at hello@northernheart.se . The email should include relevant information about the complaint, photos as well as and the reason for complaint.
We will make a refund of eligible returns no longer than 10 days after receiving the return.
If there is something wrong with the product that we failed to mention in the description or show in the photos, or if we delivered the wrong product we will stand for all costs related to the return.
How to Return or Switch a product?
Please contact us at hello@northernheart.se before returning any products and we will assist you with your return or switch to another produt.
When making the return, make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number for your and our safety. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
The customer is responsible for paying the delivery cost when returning or switching products within the 14 days withdrawal rights. The product must be in the same condition as it was when delivered. Remember to read the description of each item carefully before buying, as the wooden cups are hand made items and no one looks exactly like the other. They are made from natural material that all has their unique shape and charm.
Photos displayed on a computer screen, for example a print or calendar, might look different on different screens and hence, the colors perceived on your computer might vary from reality.
International Returns
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Northern Heart are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damages
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, report this immediately to us and if possible, take a photo of the package before opening it.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages the customers will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
