The use of the Sarah Eden website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. 

After you have submitted your order, a purchase contract will be concluded between you and Sarah Eden Germany.

A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address given when placing the order. Should there be errors in price, delivery time or other conditions, I retain the right to change them later. Sarah Eden Germany does not conclude contracts with minors (under 18 years of age). Sarah Eden Germany reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse service to any customer.

Prices & Payment

Prices on the website are stated in Euro. I retain the right to make typing and spelling mistakes and should the price of a submitted order change in any way, you will always be notified and fully entitled to change or cancel your order.

I accept payments via PayPal as the only method of payment at this point in time.

Please notice that I'm a small business owner and according to §19 UStG (German law) I am making use of the small entrepreneur scheme. Therefore, there is no expulsion of the tax/VAT on the invoices you receive and you don't have to pay VAT as long as I am in the small entrepreneur scheme. As this business is located in Germany it obeys German rules and laws.

In the shopping cart you can see the total cost including product, shipping, fees and method of payment. Sarah Eden Germany does not take responsibility for any added fees or taxes as custom fees and duties are customer's responsibility. Before placing an order, check what applies to your country. Sarah Eden Germany reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies on the website and/or concerning already sold items.

Returns

Withdrawel and returns within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for the safe return as well as the shipping costs of the returns. Before returning, contact mail@saraheden.de for further instructions and we will be assisting you in your return. Read more about returns under “shipping & returns”.

Items & Shipping

The photoprints are all made in Germany and printed on high quality material. The prints and paintings are packed up and sent by me (Sarah Eden) within up to 3 days. The time of shipping varies from country to country. I am shipping worldwide. Please note that the shipping time to far away countries can take much more time than shipping within the EU.

If your package doesn't arrive in the usual shipping according to the country of destination, please contact us via e-mail to mail@sarah.eden.de

You are not allowed to copy, duplicate, sell or spread it, neither for private use and especially not for commercial use. Please note that violating this law makes punishable and leads to penalty.
